JUDGE ORDERS SMURFIT-STONE TO CONSIDER MILL SALE
MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) — A federal bankruptcy judge has ordered Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. to work with representatives of two communities where it has closed mills to discuss possible future uses for the properties.
