Chrysler agrees to buy Detroit-area plant for $20M
DETROIT (AP) – Chrysler Group LLC said Friday it has agreed to acquire the Sterling Heights assembly plant for $20 million from the company that has managed the automaker’s remaining assets since its emergence from bankruptcy last year.

Dexia Agrees to Sell Assets, Cut Short-Term Funding (Update1)
Feb. 5 (Bloomberg) — Dexia SA , which received billions of euros in capital and funding guarantees from France, Belgium and Luxembourg, agreed to sell assets in Italy, Spain and Slovakia to gain European Union approval of the taxpayer-funded bailout.
